Conquer Mountains, Conquer Challenges: The Courage Classic Ride Returns July 20-21!
Hello Wheels!
I recently discussed with a long-time rider what to do if he has family in town that don’t ride. I quickly said that every year we have family with us who do not ride, Copper is a vacation destination!
Something for Everyone:
Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a weekend warrior, the Courage Classic has a route for you. Choose from challenging climbs like the Vail Pass route or a scenic family-friendly option. All routes are fully supported with rest stops, refreshments, and mechanical assistance.
Join the Celebration:
Beyond the ride, the Courage Classic offers a weekend of festivities for participants, families, and volunteers. Enjoy post-ride meals, live music, and a chance to connect with fellow cyclists and supporters.
With the ride only 6 weeks away we are cranking up the heat with the upcoming training rides! This weekend we join the Roaring Forks riders in Glenwood for the iconic Rio Grande route, followed by Left hand Canyon, Loveland and finally the Golden Gate Big Kahuna. We have been unable to secure ride leaders for July, so if you are around and would like to host a training ride, please let me know!
And if you are looking for something easy, don’t forget I have been leading a weekly 1 hour ride on Thursdays at 5:15pm around Cherry Creek Reservoir.
Thanks,
Amber
