Juniper Pass and Echo Lake from Bergen Park

15+ miles of consistent climbing, rolling hills and elevation training. This is a good practice ride for East Bound Vail pass without having to drive to Summit County. About 15 miles strict climbing until you reach the summit, 3 miles of rollers down to Echo Lake. Bring cold weather gear for the descent as you're at about 11,000 feet at the top. Slower riders leave promptly at 7:30am, faster climbers 8:00 ride out.
